Favorite Asian Brands Beauty Products- Part II
Hi all,
As promised, here are my favorites beauty products.
I purchased all of the products except for the yogurt mask during a layover in Singapore but you can find them on Ebay.
Collagen Moistfull Pack
This is my favorite night cream of all time. It feels so rich and luxurious on my face it's incredible. My face overnight would transform from being dull to really nice smooth and even tone. I don't use it every night because I would have to buy it online so I use it a couple times a week and I alternate it with my Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel from Clinique.
This pack also comes with the first essence which is essential a toner for before you apply the cream and also a small container of a massaging gel.
Precious Mineral BB Cream Bright Fit with SPF 30 in Natural Beige
I absolutely love this BB Cream, it fills in my pores really nicely. It has a nice long wear and I like that it has a pretty high SPF which is standard for Asian products. I also like the fact that it has a pump, I feel like I have more consistent control of how much product I'm pumping out instead of the more common and messier tube packaging.
I think one of the main difference between American and Asian products is the packaging for the affordable make up lines. To purchase Etude House here in the States it'll probably cost a bit more than purchasing it in store in Asia. Even though Etude House products are sold in their "boutique" shops they are really well priced. Everything is about the same price as products you would get from Rimmel or NYX, etc. and yet the packaging just feels so much more luxurious.
I need You, Yogurt! Face Mask - Peach
This product actually came in a set of four with different fruits. It smells and feel like I'm applying yogurt on my face. It actually has this chunks of "fruits" so that was definitely interesting. It's a really nice product but I think since I only got four uses out of it, I can't really formulate a strong opinion about it in terms of additional benefits for my face. I like the product so if I'm buying something online and I see it available from that seller I might throw it in because it's something different and there's no equivalent here other than putting yogurt or mashed fruit on my face but other than that it's just face masks.
These three face masks are the sheet face masks. I'm actually not a really big fan of this type of mask but these three are really nice. The first two are from a company called "The Cure" and the Lemon collagen one is from Wizyoung.
The Pantene product is called Night Miracle and it is an overnight mask that I picked up in Indonesia. What i like is that you don't have to rinse it out if you don't want to. It's a clear mask and very light so it won't mark my pillows.

Korean Face Masks
All purchased at a local Korean supermarket- H Mart.
Hair Products
The product on the left is and Indonesian Gingseng Creambath which is essentially a hair mask. In Indonesian Salon you can get a creambath service which is where they would lather your hair in this amazing creamy mask and massage your scalp, neck and shoulder for about half an hour. They would then rinse your hair and style it. They have different types of these products but I absolutely love this one because I remember when my mom would use it or apply it to my hair so this product brings back a lot of lovely memories from my childhood.

Hope the past two posts have helped any of you who are interested in buying Asian Beauty products that you may see at an Asian mart or online. It's difficult in general to buy a product you can't test first before purchasing it but hopefully the guide I posted yesterday will help some of you avoid the common pitfalls.
Until next time,
