Dollar Tree Beauty Part 4 & Upcoming NYC Trip

Before we start, I want to apologize for the weird posting schedule I've had for the past couple of weeks. I just started a new job and I'm still trying out to figure out my hours and finding time to write. Hopefully by the end of the month, I'll have a better balance between what I want to post and what I am able to write and produce. I will also be going to New York City for a few days very soon, so I am planning to do a couple of posts dedicated to NYC.

Just a super quick Dollar Tree Beauty Post today. This might be my last Dollar Tree Beauty in awhile because the last few times I've visited Dollar Tree stores, they don't have anything new or exciting (just the usual L.A. Colors products).

Dollar Tree, Carmex, Pumice Sponge

The products I've chosen today are not necessarily "beauty" as in makeup that I've done in the past but I do think it's something you ought to pick up at the Dollar Tree because it's $1 and it's more expensive at other places.

The first product is Carmex. Now I personally have a love and hate relationship with Carmex because I love the way this feels in my lip but I really hate the scent. It's probably also why I'm not a fan of Burt Bee's products. It's the same beeswax kind of scent which I just really do not like. Carmex keeps my lips really moisturize, and it's a really good base for Wet n Wild lipsticks cause they tend to be a little dry.

The second product is a pumice sponge. I've seen this around for around $3, and again it's $1 at the Dollar Tree. Since we had really long winter my feet were just not ready for sandals so this product has definitely improved my feet especially around the heels area. I use it about once a week with Dr. Bronner's Castile Liquid Soap.

That is all for today. As always, thank you for reading!

Until next time,
