L'Oreal Project Runway Limited Edition Nail Stickers -THE ENCHANTED QUEEN

Hi all,

Today I'll be sharing my first time experience using nail stickers. I didn't want to invest a lot of money on something that I may or may not liked so I picked up the L'Oreal Project Runway Limited Edition Nail Stickers- Enchated Queen on clearance for about $1 at a local drugstore.

Based on the instruction you will need:
  • Nail Polish Remover
  • Cotton Pads (or Cotton Balls)
  • Nail Filer Buffing Block (or Regular Nail Filer)
Application:
1. Clean and prep nails with alcohol or nail polish remover.
2. Choose best size for each nail. Sticker should not touch skin or cuticles.
3. Peel of sticker and apply to nail while pressing firmly for better adhesion.
4.Gently fold stickers over natural nail tips. Make flush by filing only in a sideways motion to removing overhanging product.

Review:

I was really looking forward to trying nail stickers out because as crafty as I am, I find it very difficult to do nail arts.Being able to purchase and apply nail stickers quickly could really change up a look in minutes. Unfortunately, I have very short nails due to piano and I find it very difficult to apply these nail stickers on and filing off the excess sticker. After the third nail, I started to trim down the nails for easier filing which made it slightly easier but I spent about 15 minutes applying these stickers on.

I am not a fan of these nail stickers from L'Oreal because the stickers feel very heavy and sticky. I had originally planned on using it for three days but less than 24 hours later a couple of the sticker started to peel and I decided to remove all of them which was quiet easy.

I've been doing some reading since my first attempt and it seems that the L'Oreal nail stickers are thicker and stickier than the Sally Hansen's Nail Stickers. I will give the SH brand a go but for this holiday season,I will stick to my good ol' nail polish.

If you've tried or are planning to try nail stickers, please let me know!

Until next time,

Jessica
