Bookish Would You Rather Tag with The Drowsy Reader
It's another Book Tag time with The Drowsy Reader! This 'Bookish Would You Rather Tag' we found on Sanne's (Booksandquills) channel on Youtube.
1. Read only trilogies or stand alones? Many of my favorite books have been trilogies but I hate waiting for books to be released so I am going to say stand alones.
2. Read only female or male authors? Probably female authors. Most of the books I've read this year were written by female authors.
3. Shop at bookshops or online? Bookshops, definitely. I can browse the shelves at Barnes and Noble or local bookseller for hours.
4. All books become movies or T.V. shows? Hmmm... I'm torn with this one. T.V. show would be great because you get more time to develop the characters but at the same time most of the time T.V. shows based on books don't usually stay true to the original story line. So I have to say movies.
5. Read 5 pages per day or 5 books per week? 5 books per week! I would die if I can only read 5 pages per day.
6. Be a professional reviewer or author? Oh gosh, I don't think I'd be very good at either jobs. I can only seem to write review for books I really love or really hate. I do love to write though so probably an author but non fiction subject.
7. Only read your top 20 favorite books over and over or always read new ones that you haven't read before? This question makes me sad but if I have to pick I rather read new ones I haven't read before.
8. Be a librarian or bookseller? I adore librarians but it would be cool to be a bookseller (giving people recommendations and chatting about books all day, what could be better?).
9. Only read your favorite genre, or every genre except your favorite? Only read my favorite genre.
10. Only read physical books or eBooks? Physical books all day, everyday.
If you need any reading inspirations there are a ton of book channels on YouTube but my two favorites are: Sanne from Booksandquills & Regan from Peruse Project
I think their recommendations are always spot on and in line with what I like to read.
Don't forget to check out my friend The Drowsy Reader answers to the tag. As always, thanks for reading!
