The Book Life Tag with The Drowsy Reader

Book Tag, Book Life Tag, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Secret Society Girl, Sammy's House, Jane Austen's Emma

I can't quiet believe it's March and my 2015 reading challenge goal is pretty much on schedule which is super exciting. So why not celebrate it with another book tag with my friend The Drowsy Reader. This time, we found the book tag through the folks over at Crazy for YA. The Book Life Tag is about creating the best edition of our own literary world. Maybe we should've rephrased it to The Harry Potter Tag. Well, what are we waiting for? Let's get started.

1. Who would your parents be?
Arthur and Molly Weasley - Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling
It was hard to think of an answer of this one, but when it hits me I thought to myself "duh". I would want Arthur and Molly Weasley to be my literary parents because they are amazing parents. They also remind me of my parents in real life which helps. The Weasleys are hard-working, they love their children to pieces and they basically adopted Harry so please, adopt me too.

2. Who would be your sister?
Amy Haskell- Secret Society Girl Series by Diana Peterfreund
I started reading Secret Society Girl when I was in college and finished the final book the year after I finished. The main character Amy is a fish out of water at this prestigious University and I hope that if I had a sister she'd be as smart and resourceful as Amy.

3. Who would be your brother?
Percy Jackson - Peter Jackson and the Olympians by Rick Riordan
He is the son of Poseidon. Done and done.

4. Who would be your pet?
Buckbeak cause who doesn't want a hippogriff as a pet.

5. Where would you live?
The United Kingdom (Harry Potter Universe) or Middle Earth.

6. Where would you go to school?
Hogwarts

7. Who would be your best friend?
Samantha Joyce from Sammy's Hill by Kristen Gore
Let me first just say that this book is not for everyone. Kristen Gore's writing is very fast and snappy (reminds me of the high speed conversation in Gilmore Girls and VEEP). Sammy is neurotic and speaks her mind. She works in a very high pressure job as an analyst for a Senator and is just about to break at any given moment. Since I've shared some of her experiences I totally understand her personality and quirks.

8. Who would be your significant other?
Mr. Knightley - Jane Austen's Emma

Don't forget to check The Drowsy Reader answers over on her blog. We tag everyone, so if are interested in doing this tag or The Ultimate Book Tag. Please leave your link below.

Until next time,
